Vehicle Yard Management


AeroMegh creates a simple & hassle-free yard management (wizard) system where the vehicle inventory is monitored right from entering the vehicle in the yard to where is it parked, all information about the vehicle, till the time it goes out. Saves time taken for documentation.

There are lot of challenges in Yard Space Management, locating vehicle in the yard, process alignment, operational costs, manual challenges in executing the operations, lot of paper work, delays, late deliveries adding on to cost, loss of time, inability to monitor safety & compliance the list goes on. Vehicle Parking & Mapping

With the help of drone & drone port or high mast cameras a master parking map of the yard is created & updated at the regular intervals. Here the parking information is shared to the central server thus giving a clear picture of yard along with free spaces this is done with PicStork AI & ML.

Vehicle inventory management

Since the data is updated on cloud, plant manager or the related person will have the whole data in front of him on his computer screen to take the decisions quickly with an ease.

Vehicle Information System

With the help of AeroMegh app the vehicle information stored on the barcode of the vehicle is scanned & sent to the cloud giving all the details like make of vehicle, production details of the vehicles in the yard, thus giving all the required information parked in the yard.

Detailed Report Generation

Information from various sources is uploaded on the cloud thus one can generate all kinds of & a detailed report of the vehicles in the yard.

How It Works

Vehicle Entry into the yard

Vehicle enters the yard at the security gate for officials to conduct the required procedures.

The security officials will check the screen at the gate for the empty location with a map reaching the empty parking slot. Driver will follow the map to park vehicle at the empty slot.

Here it is assumed that the map of yard is already created.

Parking & Tagging location

Parked vehicle is scanned by the driver with a barcode (information with company codes) & tags the vehicle location by clicking on the mobile application provided by AeroMegh.

The scanned data is updated on the cloud. If the code is not scanned error message will be generated.

Master Parking Map

A Scanner drone connected to the central server will go around the yard (which is difficult to do it manually in case of bigger yards) at the preset intervals & scan the complete vehicle yard & drone will return to its drone port. A detailed parking map would be created & will be available. System will validate the parking by driver. One can use high mast camera instead of drones.

Vehicle Exit from the yard

To take vehicle out of the yard driver will be notified with the vehicle details & location, once he completes the dispatch formalities, the bar code of the vehicle is scanned from the EXIT menu of the AeroMegh application. All the details of the vehicle, parking location etc. are updated on the AeroMegh cloud, hence the inventory data base & mapping will be updated.


The cloud which has updated information about the vehicle inventory will give Live updated information on regular basis. It will give the birds eye view of everything happening in the plant & one can take decision quickly. Because of cloud integration one can also have a very detailed information (Scanned from the barcode) of the vehicles in the plant.
