Job Description:
As an Enterprise Sales Executive, your primary responsibility is to drive the sales of drone cloud software solutions to enterprise customers. You will be responsible for identifying potential clients, building relationships, and closing deals to achieve revenue targets. Your role will involve working closely with customers, understanding their needs, and aligning our drone software solutions to meet their specific requirements.
Responsibilities:
- Sales Strategy:Â Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to drive the adoption of drone software solutions within the enterprise market segment.
- Prospecting and Lead Generation:Â Identify and qualify potential customers by conducting market research, attending industry events, leveraging existing networks, and utilizing various lead generation techniques.
- Relationship Building:Â Build strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers and influencers within target accounts. Understand their business challenges, goals, and needs to be related to drone software solutions.
- Solution Presentation:Â Conduct effective presentations and product demonstrations to showcase the value and benefits of our drone software solutions. Customize presentations to address customer pain points and objectives.
- Solution Mapping:Â Collaborate with technical teams and subject matter experts to understand the technical aspects of the drone software solutions and effectively communicate their features and capabilities to potential customers.
- Proposal Development:Â Prepare and present compelling proposals, quotes, and contracts to customers. Ensure proposals are aligned with customer requirements and demonstrate the value proposition of our drone software solutions.
- Sales Negotiation:Â Lead negotiations with customers to reach mutually beneficial agreements, considering pricing, terms, and conditions. Overcome objections and address concerns to secure sales.
- Account Management:Â Build strong relationships with existing customers, ensuring customer satisfaction and identifying opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional drone software solutions.
- Market Intelligence:Â Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitors, and technological advancements in the drone software market. Use this knowledge to refine sales strategies and effectively position our offerings.
- Sales Reporting:Â Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales records, activity reports, and pipeline management using CRM tools. Provide regular sales forecasts and performance updates to sales management.
Requirements and skills:
- Proven track record of success in enterprise software sales, preferably within the drone or aerospace industry.
- Strong understanding of drone technology and its applications in various industries.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with senior-level executives and decision-makers.
- Proactive and self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills, with the ability to overcome objections and drive deals to successful closure.
- Familiarity with CRM software and other sales productivity tools.
- Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.
Experience:
Min 2-3 years in SaaS sales, preferably from theAerospace or aviation industry.
