Description
- Work closely with technical teams to gain an in-depth understanding of the product and the documentation requirements.
- Write high-quality technical content that meets market standards and is appropriate for its target audience.
- Write easy-to-understand technical content for Websites, Blogs, Knowledge Forums, Case Studies, and Marketing Collaterals.
- Content development for Product Courses, Product Videos, Tutorials, Product Manuals, etc.
- Analyze the needs and gaps in existing content and improvise the same.
- Keep up-to-date with the latest technology trends, software updates, and market developments to ensure quality content.
- Work closely with Management, Internal Teams, and end-user to meet content deadlines.
Requirements and skills:
- Excellent oral & written communications skills. Fluency in English.
- Willing to learn emerging technology trends and improve.
- Quick learner, extraordinary attention to learning and take initiative.
- Basic knowledge of SaaS, Drone, Cloud, AI, ML, IoT, and emerging technologies.
- Proven working experience in technical content writing, software documentation.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office & Presentation Skills.
Education:
B.E. (E&TC) / CS , M.Sc. (CS) / M.C.A. / M.Sc. (Electronics) / M.Sc. (Physics with Electronics ) or equivalent.
Experience:
