AeroGCS Global Competition Guidelines and Terms & Conditions

1. About the Competition:
AeroGCS Global Competition, hosted by PDRL, is a unique event targeting over 10,000 participants. The competition comprises three rounds:

• Round 1 (Online): February 10th. Participants must prepare using the provided resources under the Round 1 syllabus.

• Round 2 (Online): February 17th. Participants must prepare using the provided resources under the Round 2 syllabus.

• Round 3 (Offline/Field): A hands-on round involves the planning and execution of on-field drone missions with AeroGCS GREEN, AeroGCS Enterprise, and AeroGCS Config. Participants must prepare with the resources provided under the Round 3 syllabus.

2. Admission Rights:
PDRL reserves all admission rights.
3. Rounds and Qualification:

• Round #1: Minimum 50 marks are required to pass and qualify for Round 2. 

• Round #2: Minimum 50 marks are required to pass and qualify for Round 3. 

• Round #3: Successful planning and execution of on-field drone missions with specified AeroGCS tools.

4. Payment and Refund:
Participation confirmation is considered upon receiving payment from the candidate. No refunds will be initiated.
5. Invoice and Receipts:
Upon successful payment, participants will receive an invoice and receipt on their registered email.
6. Competition Updates:
Participants will receive all updates on their registered email ID.
7. Travel and Accommodation:

a) Participants should arrive in Nashik by February 23rd and depart on February 24th after the competition.

b) PDRL will provide flight tickets for Round 3 participants. In case of unavailability, 2/3 tier railway tickets will be offered. Local travel costs are the responsibility of the participant.

c) Accommodation in up to 3-star category hotels in Nashik, along with food, will be provided by PDRL. Two persons per room occupancy will be offered.

d) PDRL will provide travel from the hotel to the competition venue.

e) Travel insurance within the flight will be provided by PDRL; participants are responsible for the rest.

f) AeroGCS brand T-shirts will be provided to all Round 3 participants on the day of the competition. Other clothing is the participant’s responsibility.

g) For international participants, flight tickets and facilities similar to the above will be provided by PDRL.

8. Rewards and Recognition:

An awards ceremony will be conducted upon the successful completion of Round 3.
TDS will be deducted from cash prizes.
